Gagarin 205 is the most iconic live music venue in Athens today. Since 2002, Gagarin 205 has hosted local and international artists, music concerts, dj sets, theatrical performances, screenings, presentations, installations, and special events with all kinds of accommodations.

The vision for the venue was to be a creative shelter for all and this inspired both the concept and the name of Gimme Shelter Film Festival.
GSFF does things a little differently to the average film festival. We provide a shelter for music, film, and industry experts to share the stage and create a truly unique experience with each event.
From the start of our journey to the heart of our concept, Gagarin 205 will always be our home.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
We fill the space with seats. It's almost like being at the cinema, but better. One can watch the movie as if it were a live concert, enjoying your drinks and chatting with your neighbors. This is no stuffy film festival experience.

Yes. GAGARIN 205 has a well stocked bar which remains open from doors open to doors close. You don't even have to leave the room.
